- The Hip Tot Music Festival is the brain child of local parents Gabrielle Napolitano and Adam Milat-Meyer. Gabrielle owned a second hand children’s store called Still Hip for over 4 years. She organized numerous community events featuring live music. When the store finally closed many of the performers she worked with contacted her about helping them book gigs. Not knowing much about the music industry she turned to Adam Milat-Meyer, a long time musician and part time booking agent for advice. After a brief brain storm they came up with the idea of the music festival.
